WHAT WE DO:
The For Need Foundation is focused on countries that have a large portion their population that cannot afford levels of care beyond their basic existence.The focus is on the need for Medical, Dental, Education and Natural disaster relief.

Daryl Turner, President/Director
Qualifications: Dr. Turner has a unique combination of practical corporate and management experience.Dr. Turner has founded many companies including, “Pryda” Australia, “Powertrusion” USA, “NiTek” USA, “Thyroid and Adrenal Research Institute,” as well as the international charity, “For Need Foundation.” Dr. Turner’s lifetime focus is in the development of intellectual property; he holds a number of patents.
His most recent research interests have focused on the development of non-invasive medical testing devices for the human body, culminating in the formation of the NiTek Medical group, with non-invasive testing for Thyroid, Adrenal, iodine, heart function, and screening for dysfunction, imbalance, infections, and sensitivities.
A portion of NiTek’s profits are mandated to be donated to the “For Need Foundation” and supporting programs such as “Doctors For Need” and “Teachers For Need” in the Pacific Islands.

Dr. Turner has a Bachelor of Science Degree with Distinction, a Masters in Business Administration with highest honors, and was Valedictorian at both the Bachelor’s and Master’s commencements. While attending university, he was on the Student Advisory Council, the University Outreach Programs and the student representative with the Chancellor. He also holds a Doctorate of Philosophy.
Responsibilities: Daryl Turner serves as our President and Director and accomplishes those duties provided in our Bylaws. Specifically, he oversees the organization’s affairs and attends board meetings.
Hours Worked Per Week: Daryl Turner works on as-needed basis.

Konrad Kail , Secretary/Director
Qualifications: Dr. Kail is the Chairman of the Board of U.S. Complementary Health, Inc., a consulting corporation (medical institutions, government agencies, insurance companies, manufacturers). He is also a consultant for external research affairs at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, and a member of the Arizona State Naturopathic Physicians Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Kail is a Director of Research and Development at Western Research Laboratories. He has appeared in the media and has experience lecturing to a variety of audiences nationally and internationally, as well as teaching experience in a classroom setting.
Responsibilities: Konrad Kail serves as our Secretary and Director and accomplishes those duties provided in our Bylaws. Specifically, he corresponds with the public and attends board meetings.
Hours Worked Per Week: Konrad Kail works on an as-needed basis. |

Gail Turner, Executive Director
Gail Turner has been involved in charity work for 32 years in New Zealand, Fiji and the USA, as part of the Turner Family trust, on an ongoing basis. Gail’s extensive contacts with the elite monied strata of the world, makes her able to converse and mingle with ease. Commenced her career in Public Relations in Australia, and eventually carried out PR work worldwide, speaking in public, appearing on T.V., Radio, and in newspapers, as well as organizing and holding conferences and seminars. It was on one of these trips some 34 years ago that Gail, felt the need to give time and money to the people of Fiji, who did not have the opportunity of attending school. This began a lifetime of charity work for Gail and her husband, in Fiji, mainly focused on a group of Islands called Yasawa.
